I was totally standing five feet from him when that video was recorded. It was at the Christian book expo in Dallas a couple of weeks ago, and it was extremely cool getting to meet Packer. Interesting sidenote: he did not prepare for this video at all. He sat down to start signing books, and the guy from the Resurgence booth asked if he would make a video for new believers. Packer said, 'Are you recording yet,' the guy said, 'I am... now,' and Packer started talking. It was very cool.
